Eligibility

Eligible applicants include small rural hospitals with 49 beds or less and CMS-certified rural health clinics located in rural areas, not currently receiving similar technical assistance from other federal or state programs. Applicants must be financially stable, interested in alternative payment models, and not participating in duplicative programs.
