Eligibility

Eligible applicants are Ohio-based public or nonprofit organizations, including professional associations and universities, that have established relationships with dentists. Applicants must demonstrate the capacity to perform all required activities and comply with mandatory RFP requirements. Organizations with unresolved significant issues on current or prior year ODH contracts may be excluded.
