The Missouri Department of Social Services (DSS) ToRCH (Transforming Rural Community Health) Care initiative selected 27 Hub Anchor organizations from 41 applications, announced July 17, 2026, subject to execution of a Hub Anchor Participation Agreement. Hub Anchors serve as the coordinating organization for a regional rural health transformation network under Missouri's RHTP award.
